Ring in 2026 with new Starbucks drinks: Caramel Protein, Dubai Chocolate and Pistachio
Starbucks is kicking off the new year with a fresh take on fan-favorite flavors with their winter menu arriving at Starbucks coffeehouses in the U.S. on Jan. 6.
New Caramel Protein
Two new caramel protein beverages, Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte, are joining the year-round menu. Both beverages can be crafted with classic caramel or new sugar-free caramel syrup and are available hot or iced.
Caramel Protein Matcha: Combines unsweetened matcha with protein-boosted milk and caramel syrup, with up to 28-31 grams of protein per hot or iced grande.
Caramel Protein Latte: Handcrafted with Starbucks Espresso Roast, protein-boosted milk and caramel syrup, with up to 27-29 grams of protein per hot or iced grande.
Dubai Chocolate
Inspired by the luxurious chocolate bar and Starbucks most viral drinks of 2025, two new Dubai Chocolate drinks are officially joining the Starbucks menu for a limited time this winter.
Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha:
Combines Starbucks vibrant unsweetened matcha, pistachio sauce, milk and ice, topped with silky chocolate cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping.
Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha:
Brings together Starbucks Espresso Roast, chocolate mocha sauce and milk over ice, with pistachio cream cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping.
Popular Pistachio Returns
Starbucks beloved pistachio flavor is back, and starting this year, it will stay on the menu long after the snow has melted, giving customers the chance to enjoy this cozy flavor in their favorite beverage or as a cold foam throughout the year. Starbucks will also offer the following beverages on the winter menu:
Pistachio Cortado: Served in an 8-ounce short cup, the newest addition to the cortado lineup starts with three bold and slightly sweeter ristretto shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso which complements the sweet flavors of pistachio and steamed milk and is finished with a salted brown-buttery topping.
Pistachio Cream Cold Brew: Made with Starbucks signature cold brew and vanilla syrup, topped with pistachio cream cold foam and salted brown-buttery sprinkles.
Pistachio Latte: Pairs sweet pistachio sauce with espresso, milk and a dusting of a salted brown-buttery topping. Available hot and iced.
Pistachio Frappuccino®: Icy-smooth and creamy blended beverage combines sweet pistachio flavor with coffee, milk and ice, and is finished with whipped cream and a salted brown-buttery topping. For a similar beverage crafted without coffee, customers can order a Pistachio Crème Frappuccino.
New Food
New Truffle, Mushroom & Brie Egg Bites: Joining the menu for a limited time, featuring cage-free eggs combined with black truffles, creamy brie and mushrooms cooked “sous-vide,” a cooking technique that creates a velvety texture full of flavor.
Valentine Cake Pop: Returning to the seasonal menu, a perfect bite-sized treat to celebrate the winter holiday.
The crave-worthy Khloud Protein Popcorn will now be available at Starbucks in individual size bags, delivering 7 grams of protein per serving. Starbucks coffeehouses will carry Khloud Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Protein Popcorn, which strikes the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Also coming to Starbucks are two flavors of Ellenos Greek Yogurt. No Added Sugar Muesli yogurt is carefully crafted with unsweetened yogurt and no-sugar-added muesli topper – the blend of creamy and crunchy textures delivers a burst of flavor and protein in every bite. Strawberry Shortcake yogurt embodies the essence of a classic American treat. Topped with a buttery cookie crumble, this yogurt offers a protein-packed twist on a beloved dessert.
New Merchandise
With the new year comes new drinkware. Starbucks new seasonal merchandise collections – featuring tumblers, cold cups and mugs designed to celebrate winter moments, from Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day to everyday coffee rituals. These limited-edition collections are available at participating coffeehouses in the U.S. beginning Jan. 6 for a limited time while supplies last.
Starbucks Reserve
Starbucks Reserve® Roasteries and coffeehouses in Chicago and New York City will introduce new seasonal offerings that celebrate the craft of coffee and the connections it inspires. The menu includes new tiramisu and salted caramel beverages and cocktails, along with a selection of handcrafted food items, including the Whiskey Barrel-Aged Doughnut and Fennel and Leek Galette. Guests will also find curated merchandise, craft brewing essentials and two new Starbucks Reserve whole bean coffees.
