Beginning Jan. 6, Starbucks Reserve® Roasteries and coffeehouses in Chicago and New York City will introduce new seasonal offerings that celebrate the craft of coffee and the connections it inspires. The menu includes new tiramisu and salted caramel beverages and cocktails, along with a selection of handcrafted food items. Guests will also find curated merchandise, craft brewing essentials, and two new Starbucks Reserve whole bean coffees.

New Salted Caramel Bianco Latte
This decadent latte combines Starbucks Reserve Espresso with steamed milk, caramel, and white chocolate, finished with a salted brown-buttery sprinkle.
Tiramisu Latte
Crafted to evoke the layered richness of tiramisu, this beverage combines Starbucks Reserve Espresso with mocha sauce and velvety steamed milk, finished with a tiramisu cold foam and a dusting of mocha powder.

New Salted Caramel Carajillo
A luxurious twist on the traditional Spanish Carajillo, this cocktail blends Starbucks Reserve Espresso with Spanish cordial and tequila. The glass rim is coated in caramel and finished with a salted brown buttery topping.
New Tiramisu Espresso Martini
A new take on Starbucks Reserve’s signature cocktail, the Tiramisu Espresso Martini layers Starbucks Reserve Espresso with vodka, cordial and vanilla syrup. Topped with tiramisu cold foam, chocolate powder and a chocolate medallion, this is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Inspired by one of Starbucks Reserve’s most iconic whole bean coffee innovations, this spice-caked doughnut, infused with cinnamon, orange and lemon zest, is topped with Whiskey Barrel-Aged Guatemala coffee glaze.
New Salmon and Cream Cheese on Toast
A hearty slice of house-made seeded sourdough is layered with herbed cream cheese and topped with smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onion and fresh arugula crafted to highlight the freshness and depth of each ingredient.

Flaky, golden pastry meets savory sophistication in these perfectly dippable twists. Each delicate layer is infused with hints of toasted Parmigiano-Reggiano and herbs, served with a bright lemon mascarpone dipping spread that adds a citrus lift to every bite.
New Fennel and Leek Galette
Golden, flaky pastry is filled with Parmigiano-Reggiano and ricotta, roasted fennel and butter-braised leeks for a savory, aromatic bite.

A buttery Starbucks Reserve herb croissant is filled with roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella and arugula, offering a balance of rich and refreshing flavors.
