Starting Tuesday, May 6, Starbucks Reserve® Roasteries and stores in Chicago, New York City and Seattle  are unveiling an exciting assortment of new beverages, food and coffee. This summer, customers can sip on the new Ube Espresso Martini, an innovative twist on the Starbucks Reserve Signature Espresso Martini inspired by the spring favorite, the Iced Ube Coconut Latte. Also new to the menu is the Crispy Hashbrown Egg Cup, perfect for any time of day. 

Throughout the season, customers can continue to enjoy a variety of floral-inspired drinks and treats introduced in March, including the Starbucks Reserve Iced Ube Coconut Latte, Lavender Matcha Malt, Butterfly Tea Spritz and Rose Pistachio Twice-Baked Cornetto.

New Starbucks Reserve Rwanda Sholi Kundwa 

Grown by an all-women farmer group operating within a local cooperative in Rwanda, this light-roast coffee has striking notes of golden currants, toasted hazelnut, candied ginger and a zesty acidity. Known as “Rwanda Sholi Kundwa Women Coffee”, these dedicated farmers are helping revive the country’s coffee industry in a movement that empowers Rwandan women. This coffee is a celebration of how far they have come. 

New Starbucks Reserve Honey Process Ecuador Loja 

Crafted exclusively for Starbucks Reserve, this premium coffee is the first-ever honey process coffee from this region. In this unique processing approach, coffee beans dry in the sun with part of the fruit left on the bean, creating a sticky texture, sweet flavor, and a golden amber color reminiscent of honey that results in an irresistibly sweet and complex light roast. This coffee has notes of white pomegranate and sweet molasses with hints of fruit and cocoa nib. 

Starbucks Reserve Indonesia West Java 

A returning customer favorite, this light roast coffee has floral citrus aromas, followed by notes of cedar, caraway and a molasses sweetness. West Java is known as the abode of the gods, a place with towering volcanoes, dense rainforests and abundant rainfall that evokes a deep appreciation for coffee and an ideal environment for cultivation.

Artist Melissa Koby designed a beautiful collection celebrating the Starbucks Siren as a welcoming symbol of belonging. Inspired by her memories of hiking in the Pacific Northwest, Koby’s designs for a stainless-steel cold cup, mug, and t-shirt reflect nature, confidence, and togetherness, evoking warmth and a sense of connection.  

City Collection

Celebrating the vibrant hues of summer and the spirit of travel, this retro-inspired collection offers stylish travel essentials, including an embroidered silk eye mask, a large cold cup, and a colorful set of travel bags—making the vacation journey both effortless and fun. The collection also includes a globe display for home or office, highlighting the coffee belt—the region where coffee is grown—and comes with pushpins to mark and remember summer travels.  

New Coffee Roasting & Tasting Experience 

This exclusive tour, available at the Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in Chicago, New York and Seattle, offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the fascinating world of coffee roasting and tasting. A Starbucks Reserve coffee roaster will share insights of the roasting process and lead guests through a guided tasting of two Starbucks Reserve coffees. Throughout the experience, guests will master brewing and tasting techniques and discover unique flavor notes of single-origin and microblend coffees. To commemorate the experience, guests receive freshly roasted, specialty single-origin Starbucks Reserve coffee beans to enjoy at home. Tickets are available here.
