Starbucks Reserve unveils new spring menu featuring botanical flavors
Embrace the season with vibrant new flavors of ube, lavender, butterfly pea flower and sakura (cherry blossom)

Spring is blossoming at Starbucks Reserve® Roasteries and stores in Chicago, New York City, and Seattle. Beginning March 4, customers can indulge in a refreshing lineup of botanical-inspired beverages, including the new Starbucks Reserve® Iced Ube Coconut Latte, Lavender Matcha Malt, Sakura Float and the Citrus Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Tasting Journey.
In addition to these beverages, customers can enjoy new floral-inspired treats like the Rose Pistachio Twice-Baked Cornetto and Fig Walnut Ricotta Toast, and discover striking new cocktails, like the Sakura Blossom Negroni and Butterfly Tea Spritz. This vibrant assortment of new flavors and colors invites customers to celebrate the essence of spring.
New Starbucks Reserve beverages
Iced Ube Coconut Latte
Introducing the first-ever Starbucks Reserve coffee beverage made with ube. Starbucks Reserve® Espresso and coconutmilk are poured over ice and topped with a rich ube coconut cold foam, finished with a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
Lavender Matcha Malt
Discover a fresh twist on Starbucks Reserve’s beloved lavender matcha beverages with this creamy, malted milkshake featuring Starbucks Reserve signature matcha, vanilla gelato, and chocolate and lavender bitters. The beverage is topped with lavender whipped cream, a sprinkle of sugar and a sprig of lavender.
Sakura Float
Taking inspiration from a classic Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo flavor that celebrates sakura (cherry blossom) season, this refreshing layered beverage highlights sparkling Sakura Allure tea with a decadent scoop of vanilla gelato.
Citrus Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Tasting Journey
In this interactive, color-changing tasting journey, customers can pour and mix Butterfly Pea Flower tea and citrus cold foam with lemonade for a beautiful beverage metamorphosis.

Lavender Matcha Margarita
Combining Starbucks Reserve signature matcha with El Tesoro Blanco Tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar, this cocktail is topped with lavender cold foam and a sprig of lavender.
Sakura Blossom Negroni
This cocktail is an innovative twist on a favorite from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Tokyo. A pour-over infusion of Sakura Allure tea and Hendrick’s Gin, Carpano Dry Vermouth and Aperol are combined, then garnished with an edible flower.
Butterfly Tea Spritz
Customers can experience color-changing Butterfly Pea Flower tea in an effervescent cocktail—mixed with Kalak Vodka, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice and Fever-Tree Sparkling Sicilian Lemonade, garnished with a dehydrated lemon, a fresh mint sprig and an edible flower.

Butterfly Pea Swirl Cake
This silky matcha green-tea-infused roll cake is filled and topped with vanilla Butterfly Pea Flower tea ganache.
Fig Walnut Ricotta Toast
Coffee and balsamic fig chutney, whipped mascarpone and parmesan ricotta, toasted walnuts, and edible marigold flowers are layered on toasted sourdough bread for a fusion of sweet and savory flavors.
Lavender Blueberry Donut
An elevated sweet treat to complement the new spring beverages— this blueberry cake donut is topped with a blueberry and lavender glaze.
Rose Pistachio Twice-Baked Cornetto
A decadent twice-baked cornetto is filled and topped with creamy pistachio frangipane and finished with a rose glaze.

The lightest roast of the Starbucks Reserve spring lineup, this coffee showcases notes of tangerine and lime for a bright acidity and a lighter body.
