New Iced Cherry Chai joins lavender drinks on Starbucks spring menu
The new Iced Cherry Chai puts a springtime twist on Starbucks beloved Iced Chai Latte.

Beginning Tuesday, March 4, Starbucks will say hello to a new spring menu. The new Iced Cherry Chai and new Jalapeño Chicken Pocket will join the menu alongside returning lavender beverages.
Iced Cherry Chai

The new Iced Cherry Chai puts a springtime twist on Starbucks beloved Iced Chai Latte. The beverage begins with black tea infused with cinnamon, clove and other warming spices combined with milk and ice. It’s finished with cherry cream cold foam and a sprinkle of cherry crunch topping for the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
“When you take a sip of Iced Cherry Chai, you immediately get a creamy texture, warm spices and notes of cherry – and it all comes together in an approachable way,” said Billy Altieri, lead beverage developer for Starbucks.

Lavender beverages return

Beloved among partners (baristas) and customers alike, lavender is back on the Starbucks menu.
The Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha features Starbucks smooth and creamy matcha and oatmilk, served over ice and topped with sweet and subtle floral notes from lavender cream cold foam.*
The Iced Lavender Latte is made with smooth and subtly sweet Starbucks® Blonde Espresso, creamy oatmilk, ice, and the sweet and subtly floral notes of lavender. Also available hot.
The Lavender Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage blends sweet and subtle floral notes of lavender with vanilla syrup, milk and ice, topped with a swirl of whipped cream.
Seasonal cold foams

Customers can also add the bright flavors of the season by customizing almost any beverage with new Cherry Cream Cold Foam or Lavender Cream Cold Foam.*
Starbucks spring beverages and cold foams are available in U.S. for a limited time this spring, while supplies last.
New Jalapeño Chicken Pocket

Joining the permanent menu, the new Jalapeño Chicken Pocket is stuffed with diced chicken, charred poblanos, green jalapeños, three-chile-pepper cheese and jalapeño cream cheese, wrapped in a toasted chile lavash flatbread.
TRUFF® Hot Sauce
This spring, customers can get one free packet of TRUFF® Original or Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce with any breakfast sandwich, breakfast wrap, egg bites, bakes, lunch sandwiches or pockets. TRUFF® Hot Sauce is a hot sauce infused with black truffle to create the perfect blend of heat and flavor. Customers can request a packet of TRUFF® Hot Sauce when ordering in-cafe or drive-thru, or by customizing a qualifying item in the Starbucks app or with Starbucks delivery partners. Available at participating Starbucks stores within the U.S. for a limited time, while supplies last**.
Starbucks Sunsera Blend arrives in Starbucks cafes and the grocery aisle

Starbucks Sunsera Blend is a new blonde roast launching at Starbucks cafes and grocery stores in the U.S. Sunsera Blend is Starbucks smoothest, brightest and most versatile coffee yet, it’s naturally sweet with notes of citrus and toasted almond and is delicious hot or cold. In Starbucks cafes, starting March 4, Sunsera Blend will be the hot brewed light roast Coffee of the Day. New beverages & food spring into Starbucks Reserve locations

Beginning March 4, customers can indulge in a refreshing lineup of botanical beverages, including the new Starbucks Reserve® Iced Ube Coconut Latte, Lavender Matcha Malt, Sakura Float and the Citrus Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Tasting Journey.
