Starbucks PSL is back, joined by new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado
Made with real pumpkin, the beverage that started the pumpkin spice phenomenon is available starting August 26, alongside returning favorites such as the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai.
Beginning Tuesday, August 26, the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), made with real pumpkin, returns to Starbucks coffeehouses – marking the unofficial start of fall for many. Joining the Starbucks fall menu is the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, as well as returning favorites such as the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. The new Italian Sausage Egg Bites and returning Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Raccoon Cake Pop are on the menu for the fall season.
The Real Pumpkin Spice Latte is Now in Season

More than 20 years ago, Starbucks introduced the Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), which sparked a global cultural phenomenon, and quickly became Starbucks most popular seasonal beverage of all time. PSL is made with real pumpkin, Starbucks® Signature Espresso, steamed milk, cinnamon and nutmeg, and is topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices (available hot, iced or blended).
The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is also back this year, crafted with Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice to create a perfectly balanced sip.

Also returning is the fan-favorite Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte which is inspired by customer and barista customizations; this creamy fall beverage pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
All of these beverages are made with real pumpkin – hear more from the farmer who grows the pumpkins used in Starbucks iconic pumpkin beverages here.
Discover Pecan
Last year, Starbucks introduced the flavor of pecan to the fall menu – warm and comforting flavor that pairs perfectly with espresso – and it quickly became a fan favorite. This fall, Starbucks is launching the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, which combines three shots Starbucks Blonde Espresso with notes of pecan, rich brown butter and holiday baking spices and steamed oatmilk, it is then sprinkled with a pecan crunch topping and served hot in an 8-ounce cup.

“The saltiness and browned butter notes combined with the toasted pecan flavors are the perfect complement to the Cortado’s bold espresso base,” says Patrick Penny, lead beverage developer for Starbucks. “When paired with creamy oatmilk, the pecan balances the vibrant, rich flavor notes of Starbucks Blonde Espresso.”
Additionally, the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte is back, featuring Starbucks Blonde Espresso, oatmilk, notes of pecan, rich brown butter and holiday baking spices. The iced version includes a layer of vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top. Customers can also add a pecan twist to any iced beverage by customizing it with Pecan Cold Foam.
New & Returning Food

Joining the seasonal menu, new Italian Sausage Egg Bites feature crumbled Italian sausage, sundried tomato pesto, basil and Monterey jack cheese, folded into cage-free eggs and cooked using the French “sous vide” technique to create a velvety texture that’s full of flavor.
Plus, the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Raccoon Cake Pop are back for fall.
