Starting Nov. 6, Starbucks Reserve® Roasteries and stores in Chicago and New York City are welcoming the holiday season with a dazzling lineup of festive beverages, food and merchandise. From the indulgent Holiday Espresso Martini flight to the shimmering new Caramel Miso Hot Cocoa with edible gold flakes, the holiday menu is crafted to delight.

New Hot Cocoa Duo Flight featuring Caramel Miso Hot Cocoa and Peppermint Hot Cocoa

This tasting flight features two indulgent takes on premium hot cocoa – the new Caramel Miso Hot Cocoa and the new Peppermint Hot Cocoa – each crafted with rich 70% cacao.

This high-quality 70% cacao chocolate is melted into a luxurious ganache, creating a velvety base that enhances every sip. Existing beverages, such as the Starbucks Reserve Mocha and Starbucks Reserve Tiramisu Latte, will all be made with this rich chocolate ganache, bringing a deeper, more decadent chocolate experience to these beverages.

Served side by side, the Hot Duo Cocoa flight invites customers to slow down and savor the season through a curated cocoa moment. Both beverages can be enjoyed individually or as part of the tasting flight.

This beverage combines 70% cacao chocolate, steamed milk and a dark caramel miso sauce, bringing in umami notes. It’s finished with dark caramel miso cold foam, brown sugar and edible gold flakes.

This festive favorite returns for the season, featuring 70% cacao chocolate, Starbucks Reserve Christmas 2025 espresso, steamed milk, and peppermint syrup. The mocha is finished with whipped cream, peppermint candy and dark chocolate curls.

Caramel Brulée Eggnog Latte

Cozy up to the season with this twist on a holiday classic. Featuring Starbucks Reserve Christmas 2025 Espresso, eggnog and caramel brulée sauce, the hot latte includes a dusting of sugar on top of the foam, and the iced version is finished with a hand-torched caramelized sugar crust.

The Holiday Coffee Cookie is a spiced cookie sandwich with a rich coffee-infused ganache, topped with a tangy raspberry dust. A festive twist on a classic, the Peppermint Mocha Cookie pairs a dark chocolate base with peppermint-infused ganache and a sprinkle of crushed candy cane.

Starbucks Reserve is introducing a new artisanal croissant recipe resulting in buttery and flaky pastries. The collection of croissants features four delicious flavors: a Twice-Baked Almond Croissant with rich almond cream and toasted almonds; a Raspberry Croissant filled with raspberry mascarpone and topped with a fresh berry; a Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant with creamy filling and a chocolate medallion; and a Pistachio Croissant with a smooth pistachio center and chopped pistachios. Each pastry is crafted to elevate the Reserve experience with bold flavor and artisanal texture.

This collection pays tribute to the Starbucks Reserve Espresso Martini with bold, sophisticated designs inspired by the iconic coffee cocktail. Featured in the lineup are a refined glass set, a statement-making hat and a sleek espresso martini pin.

New: Let it Glow – Starbucks Reserve Roasteries

This holiday season, the Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in Chicago and New York City are debuting Let It Glow, a dazzling activation that transforms each flagship into a radiant, star-filled coffee wonderland. Twinkling star canopies span the expansive spaces, synchronized to festive tracks from the limited-edition Holidays Rule vinyl album (sold in-stores), creating an unforgettable celebration of the season.

Returning: Winter Wonderland – Starbucks Reserve Empire State Building Store

Back for its second year, the Winter Wonderland installation returns to the Coffee Tasting & Cocktail Lounge on the second floor of the Starbucks Reserve Empire State Building store. Inspired by the native botanicals of Costa Rica, home to Starbucks coffee farm, Hacienda Alsacia, this floor-to-ceiling design pays homage to the coffee bean’s journey from farm to cup.
