Hi, everyone.
We had a terrific fourth quarter and a great fiscal 2026.
For the quarter, global comps grew 7.2%. U.S. comps grew 7.7%. Operating margin reached 14%. And earnings per share grew approximately 54%.
We ended the year with our fifth consecutive quarter of comp growth and our third consecutive quarter of margin expansion. And we’re ahead of schedule toward our fiscal ’28 financial framework.
Back to Starbucks started as our turnaround plan. Now, it’s clearly our growth plan.
For more than 50 years, Starbucks has grown by delivering on our brand promise. Exceptional coffee. Human connection. And a great customer experience.
Over the past two years, we’ve put the customer back at the center of our decisions. We’ve invested in our partners. We’ve improved the coffeehouse experience. And we’ve brought greater focus and discipline to how we run the business.
As I’ve said before, we have a clear plan. We’ve been working the plan. And the plan is working.
As a result, our coffeehouses are operating with greater consistency. More customers are choosing Starbucks, and that growth is broad-based. And more of our sales growth is translating into earnings.
The fundamentals are driving our growth. And that gives us confidence in the durability of our performance and the opportunity ahead.
So now, we raise the bar.
We enter fiscal ’2027 with momentum, a clear set of priorities and higher ambitions for what Starbucks can become.
As the world’s greatest customer service company, we’ll keep setting the standard for how customers and partners experience our brand.
We’ll win on the fundamentals in our coffeehouses with exceptional Green Apron Service. Bring more innovation to our menu. Make our digital experience even better. We’ll grow with discipline in the U.S. and around the world. And we will create more opportunity for our partners.
Across all of it, we’ll stay focused and execute relentlessly.
To our partners around the world, thank you for everything you do to deliver the Starbucks experience every day. To our customers, thank you for choosing Starbucks. And to our shareholders, thank you for your continued confidence in our company and our plan.
We’ve built a stronger Starbucks. And we have even more opportunity ahead.
Thank you.
