Starbucks support for LGBTQIA2+ partners and communities
Starbucks legacy of LGBTQIA2+ support dates back to the company’s earliest days and continues today. Our programs and benefits are designed to meet the needs of our partners and provide more opportunity for more people. For many years, we have offered inclusive health coverage, supported partner-inspired community investments and celebrated Pride with our partners.
