New Starbucks Reserve® Pineapple Rum Float
The new Pineapple Rum Float is a tropical coffee cocktail that marries the bold flavors of Starbucks Reserve® espresso, the warmth of Ten to One Dark Rum, and the sweetness of Henriques & Henriques Madeira wine. Swirled with pineapple syrup and vanilla gelato, the beverage’s rich notes of raisins and caramel are reminiscent of pineapple upside-down cake.
For the first time ever, a Starbucks Reserve signature cocktail beverage can be customized with oatmilk-based gelato, making the Pineapple Rum Float a delicious, non-dairy treat to enjoy in the summertime.

Introduced to Starbucks Reserve® locations in Chicago, New York City and Seattle this spring, the Starbucks Reserve Hot Honey Affogato and Starbucks Reserve Hot Honey Espresso Martini will continue to be available this summer, offering a sweet and spicy twist on signature Starbucks Reserve beverages.

New Tropical Coconut Mousse Cake: Delight in tropical flavors with this luscious coconut almond cake, enveloped in velvety coconut mousse. It’s artfully topped with a zingy passion fruit gelee, a drizzle of white chocolate ganache, and a sprinkle of lime zest for a sublime finish.
