On Thursday, a team of researchers from Fred Hutch spoke to thousands of Starbucks partners (employees) during a video panel about COVID-19.

The coffee company is using its expertise in serving customers quickly and efficiently to support Washington State Gov. Jay Inslee’s goal of safely and equitably tripling the number of shots given per day for all Washington residents.

Today through May 3, front-line responders to the COVID-19 crisis can get a free tall brewed coffee at Starbucks, as thanks for their service.
