Howard Schultz, who returned to Starbucks as chief executive officer on April 4, is meeting with partners around the U.S. and China this week. He’s visiting stores, roasting plants and support centers in person and virtually to listen, learn and co-create with partners the next chapter of Starbucks.
Collaboration sessions continue over the next several weeks, with Schultz and other senior leaders meeting with partners to hear their perspectives, challenges and ideas to evolve the company, together. In turn, those will inform future investments in partners.
