Starbucks Partner Networks help create a culture of belonging
Our Partner Networks, starting with the LGBTQ partner affinity group in 1996, are partner-led groups that bring together people with shared identities and experiences, along with allies.
From our earliest days, inclusion and diversity have been at the heart of our company, guided by the belief that every person who enters through our doors should feel welcome and valued.
Our Partner Networks, starting with the Pride Alliance partner affinity group in 1996, create moments of connection that promote diversity, foster inclusion, and contribute to the success of our partners and our company. Starbucks has 14 partner networks, open to all partners, with 100+ regional chapters across the U.S. There are also more than 20 Partner Networks available globally.
