Yes. Starbucks strives to support our partners in recognizing and celebrating the LGBTQIA2+ community year-round, in addition to celebrating as part of Pride month.
With more than 400,000 partners and 39,000 stores around the globe, we know a person’s lived experience is unique to them and our moment to support and celebrate will also be unique to the communities we serve around the globe.
We support our partners who celebrate during Pride by participating in local activities and marches, hanging flags in our stores, wearing designated Pride t-shirts and apron pins and connecting directly with their customers through events and outreach, both in our stores and in communities.
