- Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay: Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay feature on the Starbucks mobile app lets customers place and pay for an order in advance and pick it up at their chosen Starbucks store without waiting in line. Available in select markets.
- Voice Ordering: As we further extend the barista and customer interaction within the Starbucks digital ecosystem, customers have the option to order from Starbucks simply by using their voice from:
Google Assistant: Starbucks Action for the Google Assistant lets you order food and beverages from the Starbucks menu using your voice. With your phone or smart speaker, just say “Hey Google, order a Grande Blonde Latte with Almondmilk from Starbucks.”
Amazon Alexa Platform: Through the Starbucks Reorder Skill, regular customers can reorder their favorite coffee and food by saying, “Alexa, order my Starbucks” to an Alexa-enabled device, including Ford vehicles equipped with SYNC3 voice-activated technology.
